Hi everyone!
I just wanted to share this website with their community standards, anti-harassment policy, and equity and inclusion statement. My mom goes to this place up by Honesdale, PA for her illustrator's retreat that was originally called Highlights Foundation. They have a strict zero-tolerance for any kind of harassment, bullying, etc. when people go on retreats there. I feel like this is a good example of how easy it is to have a policy or two and give a sense of security to the people who are going to these retreats.
