Community Art Making for Grief and Trauma

Hi Everyone,

I am feeling so overwhelmed by the horrors of the world. I am feeling and hearing from others an overwhelming sense of hopelessness and helplessness. We are all experiencing collective grief and trauma and we need to make space for our feelings.

Grief needs community, expression, and witnessing. To try to meet these needs and maybe find some comfort, I am opening a Zoom room on Monday January 26th at 8pm Eastern for everyone to come together, talk, cry, scream, witness, and virtually hold space. Everyone is welcome.

It was so great to join while I could. I find I am needing to process with art in two very specific ways right now: for healing and nurturing my mind AND for expressing the RAGE!
